All Hayward registered voters should be receiving a vote-by-mail ballot with a prepaid postage return envelope for the Nov. 8, 2022, general election.

If voters don’t receive their ballot by Oct. 17, they can contact the Alameda County Registrar of Voters online at www.acvote.org, by telephone at (510) 272-6973 or in person at 1225 Fallon Street, Rm. G-1, Oakland.

Voters can verify their voter registration address and language preference at www.acvote.org/mvp. To register to vote or to update voter registration information by re-registering, go to www.registertovote.ca.gov.

At www.acvote.ballottrax.net, Alameda County registered voters can sign-up to receive automatic email or text notifications when the county elections office mails the voter’s ballot, when the county has received and counted the voter’s ballot, and if there are any issues with the voter’s ballot that need to be resolved before it can be formally counted and tallied.
