Thank you to everyone who attended the Russell City Reparative Justice Project town hall meetings. Your feedback was invaluable. Public comment is now open for the following reparative justice proposals:  

• Homebuyers’ and Homeowner’s Assistance Grants  

• Heritage Preservation Projects 

• Community Center & Public Benefit Programs 

Public comment starts today, October 23, 2024, and will end on November 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PT.  Click the links above to share your input on the proposals.  

Finally, proposals will be presented at the Hayward City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 19, and decided on at the December 3 meeting.  

• Meetings start at 7 p.m. on the 2nd floor of Hayward City Hall in the Council Chambers.
