This evening, the City of Hayward will host the first of five (5) town hall meetings to discuss final proposals for the Russell City Reparative Justice Project. Please see below for important information.
The July 24 town hall will be from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. PST. Two proposals will be discussed:

Fair Compensation

Meeting Access
We highly recommend you join via computer or tablet. You can also use the Zoom application on a smartphone. Joining by phone call will limit your ability to see polls during the meeting.
Spanish translation will be provided at the town hall, but cannot be accommodated via the phone call-in.

Eligibility criteria (and related processes to verify who is eligible),
Description of the reparative justice recommendation, and
Goals and objectives of the reparative justice recommendation.
