The next three meetings (dates to be determined) will only be for the Steering Committee and Alternates. Now that there is a governing body, these next meetings will be used to develop the governance process. The Steering Committee will develop:
- A decision-making process
- Committee roles and responsibilities
- Committee expectations
- A communications plan
- Meeting schedules
- Timelines
The outcome of their work will be communicated to you in accordance with their established communications plan.
In the meantime, continue to monitor the project site for developments.
